I just loved that the relationship wasn’t all about sex. That being said, the sex was fantastic! Passionate, playful, tender and rough. When these two went at it I had to wipe the steam off my kindle. Fast paced and completely engaging with a little bit of suspense for good measure. If you are a fan of the series, Knight’s work, men in uniforms, or just a hopeless romantic… you’ll love this book too.

Rich gets his story! YAY! I was so freaking excited when I heard it was Rich’s turn. And Diego? Oh freaking hell… WOW! He’s pretty freaking perfect… and what he is, what he does for Rich. It’s just gorgeous! Like Morticia’s other books in this series it was exciting, suspenseful, thrilling, and wicked hot! Rich is such a relatable character. No matter who you are you will find yourself nodding along with Rich’s thoughts and actions. He is a very genuine person and I really felt connected to him. And the fact that he’s attached to Diego, feeling what he feels isn’t so bad LOL! This is another fantastic novel by Morticia Knight.

Ms. Knight delivered a sweet synergy between Rich and Diego which captivated my attention and intrigued me. She provided a simmering relationship that when ignited left me breathless and yearning for more. Two sexy characters~ steamy read. I love a man in uniform and Diego hit all the right buttons. Add in a bit of mystery and Searching for Shelter was another hit by Morticia Knight.

I can’t get enough of stories with a sweet guy being protected by his big, bad cop boyfriend. From the beginning these two are a fun couple. They’re consumed with getting to know each other, being open and having fun. They take it slow and really get comfortable. Courting at its best. This story had the prefect amount of love and support mixed with suspense and drama. Reading Morticia Knight is always a treat!

Morticia Knight’s Sin City Uniforms series has become a favorite of mine, and Searching for Shelter was easily one of the best in the series. Despite the quickness of their love, they are an adorable couple and one that makes sense in the real world as well as in their fictional one. I can’t wait to see what the author has in store for this group of guys next.

I really liked Rich's character and was able to relate to him. He is young and trying to make it on his own by working his butt off. He has roommates from Hell and can't seem to catch a break. As for Diego, well, I liked the idea of him. He was really sweet and obviously cared greatly for Rich, but he felt a little stiff. He says "Thank you" a lot, at weird moments (like after a kiss or sex... thank you for having sex with me? okay..) I think it was so that he seemed older, more mature maybe. I enjoyed the plot, as there was a little bit of mystery and suspense built in.

This is another good book in this series. It was pretty low angst with a lot of fluff. good when you want a quick read with little to no relationship angst.

This was such a good book. I really enjoyed getting to see Rich have a happily ever after. He’s a total sweetheart and I loved him in the previous books. the scenes with all the action and suspense definitely made my heart pound and kept me on the edge of my seat. Morticia Knight writes wonderful emotion and completely hot sex. Plus her stories keep me interested from start to finish. I love this series and can’t wait for it to continue.

This was a very low angst story full of hot sex and lots of kissey/huggey moments. Diego and Rich are ooey gooey sweet with one another and it’s an easy romance for them.
If you’re in the mood for a very easy going, light romance with hot smexy times – this is your book.

Rich and Diego are these two sweet and loving men who give so much of themselves to others; dedicate their lives to others. As with the others in the series, this story was a smooth, enjoyable read. The length is perfect; not too long and not too short. You get a wonderful balance of mystery and suspense, action and passion, and of course you get a sweet and well deserved HEA. I love this series and these characters and I am looking forward to reading whose story comes up next. I definitely recommend this series.
