The characters were very well developed and watching them grow not only as individual's but as a couple was really quite nice. I literally couldn't read this fast enough. There is just the right amount of suspense between finding out if the prophecy is true and what happened to poor Roman. Appearances aren't what they seem and they were exactly the opposite and it completely worked for them. I can't wait to get to the next book!

Wonderfully written story of Miller and Gideon’s journey of healing and finding their true worth with each other’s help and encouragement. Filled with drama, mystery, and action this book certainly kept my attention from start to finish. Great hot and steamy sex scenes between Miller and Gideon add extra spice to this amazing story. Fantastic read.

I found this to have a fun group of characters and a good story that moved along well and held my interest.  Any lover of the paranormal m/m romance genre should enjoy this. Those of us whose minds are firmly entrenched in the kinky side of things, grab a cool drink and enjoy!

The story is an emotionally gripping tale that brings some disturbing prejudices to light and shows how people can come together to overcome those things. Dangerous threats and a prophecy including a bear mate adds lots of spice and excitement to the story and along with all the passionate encounters ensures that the reader never gets bored. I was completely caught up in the story from the very beginning and I can’t wait to read the next story in this new series.

Although things happen quite quickly between the two men there was obvious chemistry between them from the start. As well as learning about each other they will have to deal with a prophecy, vandalism and a problematic police officer. This was an interesting beginning to a new series.

I liked the dynamic as well as the phyiscal differences between the men. I enjoyed how the men figured out they were compatible. There was a real sweetness to their relationship from the moment they met tempered with boat loads of chemistry. I found Gideon so adorable and Miller is perfect for him. The sex was fabulous but I also liked how good each man was for the other in terms of personality and they helped one another to work out issues of self esteem and responsibility. It brought a nice edge to this read. The concept of the shifter issues that are happening is quite different from any other shifter book I’ve read and I’m curious to see where the next in the series will take it.

I love shifters. I really love Bailey's shifters. They're always smoking hot men, with strong personalities, struggling with difficulties, and doing a damn fine job of it. Off Course contains just such men, and is a great beginning story for a new series. What a wonderful start! It's a great read, and I fell in love with Gideon and Miller. Bailey has done it again, and now I'm really looking forward to the next one.

Gideon and Miller are seriously hot together and if you are a fan of expected roles being turned around, this one will be a win for you. It certainly was for me!

This is an interesting shifter story and I love the gentleness of the bearish Gideon.

Off Course is a great start to a promising new series.  I liked the premise and setting immediately.  The idea of a desert works beautifully when a mystical prophesy or folklore element is present.  Add to that the use of coyote shifters in a natural setting and the layers forming feel fantastical and real. If you love romance, especially one  with a supernatural shifter element, pick this up. I throughly enjoyed it and think you will too.
