  Review by Wicked Reads

The relationship that develops between Rad and Andrew is sweet because they don't jump right in – at least not emotionally – preferring to get to know one another better before making an eternal commitment. I loved their chemistry and how well their personalities complemented one another. The end was great as Claude showed in no uncertain terms why he's the head of their coven.Don't Stake My Life on It was a great combination of humor, sexy fun times, romance, action, and a KILT and I enjoyed every page of it. I cannot wait for the next book in the series to find out who finds their mate next.

Review by Sinfully Addicted to All Male Romance

There is so much in this book - hunters, mind wipes, and Radney’s fear of biting humans because of the life he led when he was first turned. Erin is amazing as a secondary character and if you have read book one you meet up with Paolo and Chelsea, as well as Augustine and Tony again. Personally I preferred this book to the first one. It was funnier, had a really great story and the connection between Radney and Andrew including mind, body and soul. A great read and I am looking forward to the next one in the series.

  Review by Literary Nymphs Reviews

Bailey Bradford has created another impressive, humorous and enjoyable episode to the series. Radney and Andrew are well matched because all the members of the coven have a few psychological issues and Andrew’s goal has always been to be of assistance to people.

Humor and fumbling attraction go hand in hand for Radney and Andrew in the second offering from The Vamp for Me series.  Don’t Stake My Life On It veers towards the preposterous and zips to the improbable in this zany plotline.  The ancient vampire has issues galore.  Thank God he’s found a well grounded special human in Andrew.  Hold on for the wild ride.

  Review by The Romance Reviews

These strong compelling characters grab the reader's attention from the very beginning with some sizzling chemistry and the fast paced, smooth flowing plot captivates readers with suspense and romance while the intriguing events draw the reader in and emotional turmoil adds depth to the story. The story is short but captivating and provides a few chuckles along with excitement as Bailey Bradford's misfit coven of vampires continue to cause a bit of chaos. I can't wait to read the next one.

I liked it even better than book one. I really liked that the author is delving more into the subject of the human hunters and that Claude's coven is going to need to come up with a plan to handle them before their entire coven is decimated. I adored Radney and Andrew. They are perfect together and provided me with a lot of laughs, smoking hot sex, a sweet falling in love story, and a great happy ending. Excellent job, Bailey, and thank you!

I really liked this. It's campy, sure, but there's plenty of snark (which I love), and a side plot with vampire hunters, that will hopefully get expanded. Lots of sexy times between vamp and human too, but even though they were super explicit and hot, they were also really emotional, as it is clear that for Radney and Andrew both, there's more to it than just sex. Radney especially learns how good sex can be with the right person and when love/emotions are involved. Nicely done.

Bailey Bradford always takes a different and fascinating approach to her writing, never fitting a mold, and taking the reader on a new adventure. Don’t Stake My Life On It fit that bill. Although the book delivered an HEA, there is no mating between the vampire and the human~ of which I hope will eventually occur. The sex is scorching and the dialogue witty. A series that shouldn’t be missed, Don’t Stake My Life On It is worth the read.

Take one neurotic vampire add one human twin who is interested more than he wishes to be, a bunch of vampire hunters equipped with stakes and holy water, a powerful coven leader, and the extra twin and you have one fun, rollicking book I couldn’t put down.
