Cartwright does a great job at bringing the BDSM into the story and not making it seem like it was forced into the story and kept there. The book read very smoothly and was very enjoyable. I did like the speed that the story progressed and how everything seemed to be natural between Jennifer and Logan.

Am I going to give this book a 5 orgasm rating? Absopositively!!! Why you ask? Because it’s incredibly well written, the storyline pulls you in from the very first line of the book. I could probably poll every single submissive woman on the planet right now, me included, and they would tell you the same thing. We all the same thing, We want Master Logan! ♥ *sighing*

Like every other of Sierra's books, Initiation had me hooked from the very first page. Logan and Jennifer... Where do I start? Their chemistry and sexual tension scorched from the moment they laid eyes on each other. I loved how "gently" introduced Jennifer into his world. It was always about her pleasure and allowing Jennifer to test her own limits. That's another thing about Sierra's heroes, they are always generous lovers. If only they were real... *wink*
Not only did she have me reaching for a fan, but I also found myself giggling in the middle of the night.

First, let me say that I read the novella of this in Bound, Spanked, & Loved, & I am sooo glad I got this & read it! There is much more, & it's all gooood! Initiation is yummy, & hot. Sierra out does herself with this hero, Logan is off the charts!

Logan Powell decides to come out of his self-imposed isolation after cutting off the fairer sex because of a bad breakup four years earlier. He sees neophyte sub Jennifer Berklee. After watching her for a bit, he sees her go with another Dom, the scene goes poorly, and Jennifer bolts. Logan sees his chance and runs after her, but he strikes out.
A few weeks later, he’s introduced to her by his friend. Can they make it work this time? You really need to grab a copy of this book and find out for yourself!

Yum, yum, yum! I love this kind of story. Not only is there a wonderful connection between the leads, but as well as the everyday humour and informality of new friends, we are given an insight into BDSM...It is simple, effective, and incredibly engaging reading.

This story has been released before but now it's padded out and a lot more hotness added! Jennifer is a wannabe sub and goes to the club with her friends. She scenes with Master Simon with really does nothing for her. Master Logan sees her leaving, helps her on with her coat and gives him his number. A party is organised where they are both to attend. When Logan arrives he finds he is the first to get there. Eventually Jennifer turns up. They are the only people at the party. They both recieved messages to say they will be the only guests and to enjoy. Once Jennifer gets over the initial shock of being in the presence of the Dom she has been thinking about, they start to talk. They soon move to the dungeon where Logan introduces Jennifer to BDSM.

It's a story about Logan and Jennifer :) Logan has a mysterious job and a well known BDSM reputation, and Jennifer is business woman, with a bitter taste of past relationship and a newfound taste for BDSM.This is a story about what happens when you let your desires come true (with a little help from mutual friends and an intentional set up), when you put your faith in a stranger, give a voice to your fantasies, dare to try and at the end gather the courage to go after what you want. And let me tell you, Sierra has every single one of these done down till perfection.It pulls you into the story,its passion and the strength of its emotions and you can relate and feel it too (wishing for a flogger right now :) The one thing that always attracts me to a good BDSM story is the relationship between the partners, the trust. And I also learn to love the scare that comes from experiencing something as powerful as that. Sierra knows her business and she makes is THAT GOOD

This book was previously read as part of an anthology but has now been expanded. We get to delve a bit deeper into Logan and Jennifer's relationship. It was a great read to begin with but the expansion has taken the heat level up several notches. Scorching!! Well meaning friends conspire to bring these two together after a lack lustre first step into BDSM for Jennifer. Master Logan does not disappoint Jennifer, once she was over the initial shock of being alone with him. Her world of BDSM just opened up and I don't think she'll turn back after that proper introduction by Master Logan.
