I think that Zane is just extremely sweet, caring, funny, and a heart of gold type of person and that is one of the things that Zane needs in his life. Then there is Butch and he is strong, caring, and capable of handling the bad and the good type of individual. These two out together was exactly what Zane needed which was broken, hurt, scared, and lonely. They gave him a place to call home….. With them being his home.

Another great book by Sean Michael.

So I’ve read most of this authors body of work and I’ve enjoyed most all of it. This one being no different. If you are looking for a quick story about young love and a guy that comes and saves the day for everyone then this is it.

Review by Long and Short Reviews

This is a strongly emotional read, one that I really loved.

This is a romantic, fun read filled with odd characters, laughter and sunshine. I really loved it.

I can strongly recommend this story and feel readers wanting strong characters, fun and frivolity should enjoy it as much as I have. An excellent story.

This was a great threesome story! I’m rather picky when it comes to threesome stories, but this book covered all of my favourite elements.

This was heartwarming and sexy...Overall I absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to read a short threesome/comfort story!

Three of a Kind is a heartwarming budding romance. The plot illustrates the kind of humanity anyone in trouble would hope to encounter. The characters are amusing, as well as creditable. Butch and Randy were happy to help and were always considerate of Zane’s needs.

Sean Michael has created an impressive as well as a cheerful saga that I very much enjoyed.

Short and sweet, this was a book about Zane, who went through hell with his ex and was found on the side of the road by Butch. Butch is such a good soul, he would give his shirt off his back to anyone. Randy, oh man, he was so flighty, not so bright, but so loveable. Zane was scared and couldn’t believe there was any good left in the world. When these three are together it is wonderful, it feels like family, and when things get heated in the bedroom, it is even better.

If you like triads with three men who just naturally find their spots and slide into place as if that was exactly where they are supposed to be, if you want to see a young man recover from mental and physical abuse as he finds his feet, and if you’re looking for a read that is filled with quirky characters and lots of new discoveries, then you will probably like this novella.

An easy-going, easy-flowing story, this isn't all fluffy and light as Zane's full story comes out. I am glad that he was able to work through things, with Butch and Randy's help. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad, this is an enjoyable read. Definitely recommended.

Author Sean Michael has been on my radar for a while now. He’s just had these interesting blurbs and I’ve been itching to try out one of his books. Three of a Kind was a good read and a nice introduction to his works. I know when I’ve got a hankering for something short, sweet and hot in the M/M genre, he will be my go-to author.
