Well written, as all of this authors stories are. I get a great sense of who the characters are. She writes characters that I relate to emotionally. I feel for both Corey and Derek as they work through their pasts to get to what they both want.

I’ve always enjoyed this author’s characters and this book really shows off her talent for writing these beautiful men who are bent but not completely broken. These men fight their way from that dark place that life has placed them in.
The books are perfect length: not too long to you’re worn out and not too short and always with the HEA that I like. This is yet another series from this author that is definitely worth reading.

This story moves quickly and pulled me right in from the beginning and did not let go until the end. I hope that I get to return to this world some time soon and visit with these men once again.
