  Review by The Romance Reviews

The fast paced, smooth flowing plot captivates readers with quite a bit of humor added by friendly ribbing and pranks among the spirits of McKinton. The well written scenes and details make it impossible for the reader to put down the story as the threesome strives for their happily ever afterlife. This Southern Spirit story was quite the delightful surprise and I was completely enthralled from the very beginning and I can't wait to visit McKinton, Texas again.

I loved the book. The characters were so fun and Stefan was so adorable. Plus, mentions of other characters made me want to know their stories.

It takes a lot of fighting, talking and loving for the three of them to come to terms with the fact that not only are they dead but, they all have a lot of issues, some big, some small to work through before they can be happy together forever in their afterlife! I must say I’m very sorry to have finished the Southern Spirit series. Bailey has a way of sucking you into her story’s and that why I love to read her books!!

This is an odd, but interesting story giving Stefan his happy ending. He's been through so much that it was good to see him happy. Bailey has a unique idea of spirits in the afterlife, which is both intriguing and a bit confusing, but that's what makes the tale fun. The idea of feeling good all the time and having glorious sex whenever you want it is certainly appealing as is the idea of being able to communicate with the loved ones left behind. This is a continuation of the Southern Spirits series, and needs to be read sequentially in order to get the full meaning of what's going on. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys stories about the supernatural, men in love and lust, and happy endings.
