Taken In was a surprisingly interesting read. The author has managed to create a unique world I haven’t encountered before. Wendi Zwaduk has a nice story here. Just because this is quickie novella, don’t think there isn’t a story because there is. It just happens to have some hot sex to go with the HEA. Definitely a pleasant read to pass the time.

Gale and Vic have a special human they love and the reader gets drawn into the story as they set out to convince Kitty that their love has no boundaries. The chemistry is sizzling, the sex scenes are scorching and the emotional turmoil grips the heart. The fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps readers on the edge with suspense and passion while the intriguing events ensure that the reader can't put the story down with some exciting action when Kitty tries to leave the Store Front. The world is intriguing and certainly had some interesting elements and lots of passion so it makes for a great quick read.
