Somerton wrote a great addition to these guys and I just couldn’t get enough of it.

It was amazing to see how Orlando and Rogue work together, and to see the battle that they each faced when it came to facing a disaster. And really, that drama felt like it would really happen just because of the way that Orlando is – a total brat.

And even though there is a fair bit of drama happening, the action and suspense was also off the charts! I have no clue how Somerton was able to pack so much into such a short story, but wow!

The budding relationship between Rogue and Orlando scorched my e-reader as L.M. Somerton delivered hot sexy and a wonderful storyline in Deathtrap, The Wyverns series #1. Ms. Somerton delivered real-life situations in the MC tale as well as witty characters with snarky yet loving personalities. Great fights scenes, gritty dialogue, steamy sex—Deathtrap is a sure-fire hit.

Deathtrap follows on from Mantrap. Orlando and Rogue are still together although there are a few teeth problems on the way. Orlando is a true bratty sub more so when he is bored, It makes reading this short story amusing in lots of places. Rogue is trying to keep everyone safe and well, he seems to go overboard at times, I wasn't surprised when his bratty sub leads himself into danger. I really enjoyed this short story, I love the rag tag bad boy bikes and Orlando makes me smile a lot.

Another adventure explodes for The Wyverns in Deathtrap, the second exciting book in this series.  This high octane gritty storyline proves there’s never a dull moment for Rogue, Orlando, or his men.  Keeping Orlando out of mischief is a full time job for the tough Dom.  Intense, erotic, and romantic in its own way Deathtrap overflows with sexy bad boys and a bold plotline.  Seriously hot entertainment.

I really enjoyed this book and so far, this series. The characters and storylines are developed... [and] I am loving this rough and tumble group of men. I definitely recommend this series.

It's never a boring moment with these guys. Between tracking down Orlando, trying to get him to a medical clinic, and having the leader of another MC challenge Rogue for his territory, well, Rogue isn't in the best of moods. And that's not saying a whole lot, particularly since he's uncomfortably aware of how far under his skin Orlando has gotten. Beware: big, mean, angry biker, ready to meet the challenge at dawn. This was wonderful!

I’m enjoying the story of the Wyverns. I highly recommend you read Mantrap before reading Deathtrap for continuity and character development background.  This book does contain some very mild BDSM, and some mild violence, but nothing that should put anyone off. I recommend both novellas.

This was a good book. I felt this was more like a chapter in an ongoing saga, rather than a sequel, and while it was good to catch up with Rogue and his boys again, I do hope the next book is quick in coming, because I am sure there is a lot more to learn about this group. There were quite a few hints of other pairings with the other bikers, so maybe we will get to see a bit of them as well.

The Wyverns are a tough group of bikers with a lot of enemies and although Orlando and Rogue are now a couple living a D/s relationship the cracks are beginning to show in their relationship. Only when Orlando defies another order and wanders off into the desert does he show his true colours and you can see that he not only cares about Orlando but that he can no longer imagine his life without him.
