Ms. Sarai weaves a tale of intrigue, drug and sex. What more can a romantic suspense junkie want? How about kinky threesomes with a submissive male, a switch female and a dominant male? The sex in here is just the right amount. Ms. Sarai kicks up the trio's heat with some kinky spice. While the plot devices feel a bit contrived, the sex scenes do not. The sex scenes are smexy segues from one scene to the next. This cooking-themed romance is more than just an erotic tale. This is recommended for romantic suspense readers who enjoy a woman being underestimated and winning in the end.

The result is a fascinating blend of subtle and complex dynamics as the three of them develop their ménage relationship. Emily’s Domme instincts are revealed, and perhaps no one is more surprised than she is as she puts Etienne through his paces. In one fabulous scene she is playing both top and bottom, and the emotional gymnastics are beautifully described. Pushy, determined, inventive, courageous, Emily is everything I love in a heroine. She does what she has to do, and finds some unexpected allies on the way. No spoilers here, but I do like it when a baddie turns out to be, well, not quite what I expected.

If you like your erotic romance hot, but cleverly constructed and probing below the surface lust to expose the emotions and vulnerabilities lurking beneath, The Ingredients of Bliss is for you. I highly recommend it.

What exactly are the Ingredients to Bliss? I thought I knew. I definitely didn't. This book contained light BDSM, twist, turns, secrets and tons of suspense. With this book you travel on a journey with Mei Lee and her two lovers. Personally I thought the story was unique and it kept me engaged. I always wanted to know what happened next. Expect the unexpected with The Ingredients of Bliss. Don't think about it. Just read it.

This story surprised me, in a good way.At first the story seems to be all the sex & don't get me wrong there is some fine sexiness going on in these pages! Then you get through roughly the first third of the book and wow! There is a lot of action and intrigue going on. The idea of having a story built around a cooking show, I thought was great and I really liked how it enhanced the story. Very enjoyable story and will definitely read more from this author!

I was intrigued with how both men appeared as one type and then in the bedroom became quite another. Unusually,I didn't feel like either Harry or Etienne where alpha take charge type of man, which created a refreshing read. Emily’s character showing how she was courageous in her very different relationships with Etienne and Harry kept me busy turning pages to find out what would happen next. Emily is the type of woman most women want to be like; strong, fearless, and certain of what she needs and willing to act on it. I really feel that from the point when the men got kidnapped to the end was for me the highlight of the book and it became fast paced and unpredictable. I recommend this book to everyone who enjoys female dominance and submission.

The story begins a little slow but quickly builds. Emily turns out to be a feisty heroine even when she was being dominated by Harry. When Emily’s Domme nature is exposed she becomes conflicted and unsure of herself. This to me was completely out of character, but the author managed to pull it off. I loved how the story is played out. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves mystery, intrigue, BDSM and most importantly a Domme switch.

What starts as a slow and steady storyline quickly builds in intensity. Action, adventure, mystery and emotional turmoil is slowly added, until it culminates in an epic and explosive crescendo. I especially enjoyed the well written and detailed BDSM aspects, exquisite scenery, delicious culinary experiences and cultural dynamics.   I would recommend The Ingredients of Bliss to readers of BDSM/Erotic Romance who are looking for more than a romance, but also a well rounded story that allows readers to experience an adventure of self discovery.
