A hard-working, down-to-earth heroine, a gallant and deeply wounded hero, and a magnificent thoroughbred training up for the race of his life—I’ve loved horse stories since I was a little girl, and the grown-up me loves erotic romance with real, rich emotions and storytelling. CHRISTOPHER'S MEDAL satisfies on all points. Sue Laybourn’s a friend but wow... she’s really hit it out of the park (to mix my sports metaphors a bit) with this one. It has been a long time since I have really enjoyed a m/f romance. What made me decide to give this one a try? I loved the cover, know the author to be a successful m/m author, love to read about military guys, especially those with disabilities and/or PTSD, and love horses. This has all that and much more.
