Writing has been a part of my life for many years, in fact, since childhood. However I’ve only been a published author for the last three to four years. For a few years prior to that, I subbed to a free site called Literotica. I’d won awards from Literotica for Best Halloween story, which was an m/m, and Best Gay Male Author before I was approached by a publisher. They asked if I would like to write for them, and my writing career was born.
My love for science fiction goes back as far as I can remember. I was riveted to programmes like Dr Who and the original Star Trek. I also loved the sci-fi films of the 1950s and 1960s. I made sure I could recite “Klaatu barada nikto” after I watched The Day the Earth Stood Still, I was entranced by The Thing, The Forbidden Planet, and This Island Earth, to name but a few.
